Sagaing region chief minister U Tha Aye has urged the Burmese firms and a private company from Nagaland to carryout trade in peas, rice and the finished wood products.
He was speaking at a meeting following “ceremony of cash donation” to Zeyapadaytha foundation by Shwe Naung Yan Co., Ltd. and Chuba & Co Co Ltd., Dimapur at Win unity Hotel, in Monywa, Sagaing region, Myanmar November 19 last.
The meeting was attended by Sagaing region chief minister U Tha Aye and cabinet ministers of the region, the chairman of Zeyapadaytha foundation Dr.Maung and his members, representatives from Shwe Naung Yan Co., Ltd. and Chuba & Co Co Ltd., Dimapur, region level departmental officials and the Hluttaw representatives from Naga self administered zone.
Sagaing region chief minister, Shwe Naung Yan Co., Ltd managing director U Wan Yu and managing directors of Chuba & Co Co Ltd., Dimapur Kechangulie, Thepfuneituo, Dr.John Murry, Rentemo Murry and the Hluttaw representatives from Naga self administered zone, including U Hla Tum (Hkmati), U Shi Thee (Layshee), U Sa Mu (Lahe) and U Zin Wan also discussed on economic purposes.
Meanwhile, a separate meeting, held November 20, between the Hluttaw representatives from Naga self administered zone and responsible members from Shwe Naung Yan Co., Ltd. and Chuba & Co Ltd., Dimapur discussed subjects such as business, poverty alleviation, development and microfinance.
At the meet, the Hluttaw representatives urged the Chuba & Co Ltd., Dimapur to do business in agriculture, animal husbandry and poverty alleviation in Naga self administered zone.
The Shwe Naung Yan Co., Ltd managing director U Wan Yu explained about the business of medicine and medical products and others with Chuba & Co Ltd., Dimapur.
He suggested that those pharmaceutical companies and businessmen who wished to do business with the Shwe Naung Yan Co., Ltd to do it through Chuba & Co Ltd., Dimapur.
The meeting concluded after urging other businessmen and companies to cooperate and contact Chuba & Co Ltd., Dimapur for the development of Naga region.
