The Nagaland Pensioner Association, Tuensang Unit conducted its 1st anniversary cum general session on November 22 at CKS hall Tuensang.
Exhorting the gathering, L.S. Alemba Sangtam Retd. deputy director education said “We were one of the first citizens of the state where the era of educated men and women was to serve the government beyond 35 years or more and then retire”.
He also said the society may not develop until a pensioner/ family were lacking behind and urged the members to be united.
M. Helimong Chang Retd, PA to DC delivered the welcome address, while general session was led by its president and general secretary S. Ato Chang Retd. SDPO and Tsalicho Sangtam.
The 1st anniversary cum general session of Nagaland Pensioner Association Tuensang unit was supported by all Retd gazetted officers of Tuensang district as the main pillar towards the success of the annual session.
