The reviewed and amended constitution of Tsungiki Students’ Union (TSU) compiled in a booklet was released at a short function here at the TSU library hall at Tsungiki village, Sunday.
Tsungiki Baptist church associate pastor T. Mhao Kikon dedicated the reviewed and amended constitution and also released the first ever constitution of TSU to be brought out in a booklet form for distribution.
The convenor and secretary, respectively of the second TSU constitution review and amendment committee, Rhanthüngo Kikon and P. Chanchibemo Shiteo, highlighted the salient features of the newly reviewed and amended constitution.
Tsungiki village Council chairman Tsenyimthung Kikon also encouraged the gathering and congratulated the constitution review and amendment committee for bringing out the consitiution in a booklet form.
Earlier, TSU president A. Mhaden Ngullie delivered the welcome address at the short constitution release function, the gathering of which comprised current and ex-officers of the TSU, local church and village Council officials, besides other well-wishers.
