Parliamentary Secretary for fishery, relief & rehabilitation S. Heno inaugurated the VG barrack at Thonoknyu village on January 17 as the chief guest. Speaking at the function he thanked VGs and village council for taking initiative and completing the work of the newly build VG barrack in time. He advised the villagers to work whole heartedly for the betterment of the people.
Heno appealed to the public to maintain peace and unity and cooperate with the government so as to bring more development in the region. Short speeches were also delivered by Dr. N.L. Aimong secretary NPF central division and area commander VG, Tuming. Earlier, TTSU office building was also inaugurated by S. Heno. He was accompanied by party leaders and government officials of Thonoknyu town.
