Pointing out that quality education was declining in the state with random appointment of teachers and back door appointments; the All Nagaland School Teachers’ Association (ANSTA) has appealed to department of school education to appoint/recruit only those competent and efficient persons to inculcate quality education to the child.
ANSTA president, Ponchulo Wanth in a press statement urged the appointing/recruiting authority stand firm against the use of money power, unseen forces, political pressure, favoritism, nepotism and tribalism, etc, during the process of recruitment.
He pointed out that department would be held responsible for appointment of incapable person to the posts as it kills the future career of the students.
He further stated that the only way for the posts of teachers, honourable/respectable job, was to recruit only the suitable person (s) suitable/fitted for the job.
