Nagaland Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio inaugurated the BDO Office and DB’s customary court at Panso under Tuensang district on February 9 and also attended the Khao-tsao-sey festival as the chief guest and parliamentary secretary for rural development and REPA, Pangnyu Phom as the guest of honour.
Chief minister was accompanied by parliamentary secretary for fisheries, relief & rehabilitation and stationery, S. Heno; chairman NIDC and NHC, Nuklutoshi, MLA Shetoyi Sumi and commissioner & secretary rural development, Sakhrie.
