ATMA Mon conducted second phase of mobile phone distribution and organised farmer friends interaction programme on Mau 5 at All India Radio conference hall, Mon town.
Temjensangla Ao, SDO Civil, Mon the chief guest for the programme exhorted farmers to make the best use of the mobile phones and use it for betterment of agricultural development in their respective villages.
In the technical session, the importance and role of farmers friends was imparted by Dy.P.D ATMA MON, Wondangbeni Kikon. Altogether 19 mobile phones with SIM cards were distributed to the farmers.
Rev. Luoliehu held informal meeting with FNR team
DIMAPUR: Rev. Luoliehu Yimsung, coordinator Global Indigenous Prayer Network Australia and Ambassador At Large, Overseas Naga Association, who is currently in Nagaland conducting seminars on leadership Biblical style held an informal meeting with Forum for Naga reconciliation team led by its convener Rev. Wati Aier on May 2 at Dimapur.
Interacting with the FNR team, Rev Yimsung appreciated them for their effort rendered towards bringing all Naga groups together. He said that they (FNR members) have been shouldered with great responsibility.
Expressing his deep concern for Naga people, he said all Naga leaders be it political, national workers or social, should lead the people in Biblical way with patience and endurance.
He said that good leaders were in high demand in Nagaland but godly leaders were in short number and for which churches has got to give major importance in social issues in order to bring about social reformation in Naga society.
