Medical check-up for children of Kohima Orphanage & Destitute Home (KODH)

Reiterating its commitment to the social cause, Amway Opportunity Foundation on Saturday organized a health medical check-up for the children of Kohima Orphanage & Destitute Home (KODH).

The medical health check up for the children of KODH was conducted by Dr. AR Dhar and Dr. Joyce Angami. AOF also presented annual education aid for 79 children, for and a cheque was given to the children of the orphanage, which was handed over to Neibanuo Angami, KODH by Rupjyoti Das Trainer of Amway (Upper Assam and Nagaland in charge).

Neibanuo Angami, president of KODH also expressed gratitude to Amway’s gesture in helping the children.
Amway commenced its operation in India way back in 1998 on May 5.

Amway observes the day as Amway Opportunity Foundation Day (AOF Day) every year with the renewed commitment towards the underprivileged children.

Amway has partnered with KODH, an orphanage working for the rehabilitation of children bereft of parents in Kohima as part of the Project Sunrise, the global CSR initiative to help them secure quality education, healthcare service and access to safe drinking water.
