All Nagaland Taxi Association (ANTA) Dimapur has said that banning of ANTA and forcefully locking the counter booth of ANTA Kohima unit by Kohima district taxi association (KDTA) was “unauthorized.”
All Nagaland Taxi Association Dimapur in a release said, as per Article 6 clause C in the constitution, no other association, organization, union would be allowed to form any particular taxi association without the approval of All Nagaland Taxi Association.
ANTA Dimapur unit appealed to the law enforcing agencies to take necessary action against the newly formed KDTA since taxis from other district were facing a lot of problems owing to closure of counter booth of All Nagaland Taxi Association Kohima unit.
Further, ANTA Dimapur unit has conveyed its condolences to the bereaved family of Tera Sekh son of Masau Sekh who had rendered his service to the ANTA Dimapur unit and public in general for the past 30 years.
