Seven-day training for Kridashrees (youth leader) under Kiphire district is underway at Hopongkyu Memorial Hall Kiphire.
The training was organised by District Sports Office Kiphire commenced on June 6 and would conclude on June 12.
Altogether 19 Kridashree from 18 selected villages are taking part in the training. Talking to this correspondent, Asekho Angami, District Sports Officer (DSO) said through this training, Kiphire youth could learn something and disseminate to their villagers about the training.
Acknowledging the government for facilitating such activities for the youth in the district, he also said sports materials such as football, volley ball, net etc., are available in the office and the association or village can avail the opportunity through proper cannel.
