The three- day revival crusade on the theme “Crossover” organised by Jakhama Baptist Church (JBC) for the students and hostel wardens of St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama, at Jakhama local ground culminated July 22.
Rev. Shan Kikon, pastor, Faith Harvest Church, Kohima, was the main speaker and through his preaching, many young college students accepted Jesus as their Lord and personal saviour and many were touched by the love of God.
The crusade director, Kezhokhoto Savi said that to have revival crusade in the area was the need of the hour and God’s timing was perfect.
He said that St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama, was a big college where thousands of young boys and girls from all communities/tribe in Nagaland study and there are testimonies that many students do not do well in their Christian living.
With the revival crusade it believed and prayed that many students would go back to their respective homes with clean testimonies and success in studies as well.
Assistant pastor, Koheni, and Avi Zao were the speakers in the 2nd session on July 21 and 22 respectively.
The prayer team throughout the crusade was Faith Harvest and the Vanguard team presented several skits. The Gideons International in India, Kohima camp, distributed Bible and brought Gideons message.
Rev. Zapovil Sophie, pastor, Jakhama Baptist Church, thanked and praised to God for His manifold blessings in this revival crusade.
