A total of 28515 photographs of residual voters, who were without photographs in the e-roll, have been collected all over the state till November 6, 2012.
In a press release, chief electoral officer (CEO), Nagaland J.Alam stated that photo coverage in the state stood at 85%. He said photo coverage in Dimapur and Kohima districts was 71.92% and 71.14% respectively.
According to CEO, all the DCs, EROs, AEROs and BLOs have been instructed to provide special effort to collect photos and achieve 100% photo electoral roll by November 20, 2012.
