Rongmei community will be celebrating ‘Chakan Gaan -Ngai’ a festival of thanksgiving on January 7 on the theme ‘Festivity for fraternity’ at Tenyimi Complex, Dimapur. The festival will be graced by chief minister Neiphiu Rio as chief guest and minister for planning, veterinary, animal husbandry and parliamentary affairs as guest of honour.
