NSCN/GPRN has mourned the sudden demise of Lt.Colonel Neilakuo Metha on January 22.
NSCN/GPRN in a condolence note stated late Neilakuo joined the national service in the year 1989 and since then he had served the government in different capacities “faithfully and efficiently”.
The government further lauded him for the service rendered for the nation and said the “Republic of Nagalim” would always remember him and his name shall be recorded in the history of the Nagas.
“May the living God bestow strength and courage to the bereaved family members to withstand this great shock and sorrow. And may his departed soul rest in peace”, further read the condolence note.
