Almost remained untouched over a decade the responsible department, PWD road and bridges, Zunheboto has now taken up the task of renovating the pathetic road condition in the heart of Zunheboto town.
Speaking to this correspondent, E.E PWD R&B Zunheboto, Er. B Menanglepden disclosed that almost 200 bags of cements had been used during these past days for leveling and filling up the potholes and in uneven areas.
The E.E himself, along with the SDO, JE and other staff are monitoring and supervising the whole constructing/maintenance process from early morning till the sunset.
Meantime, the department has sought cooperation and asked the public to bear with the inconvenience during the ongoing process of maintenance and construction of roads.
