National Socialist Women Organization Nagalim (NSWON), Sumi region expressed “shock and outrage” over the horrific mutilation and brutal murder of Nungshilila Jamir at Residency Colony, Dimapur on July 5.
NSWON Sumi region while condemning the “barbaric act” of murder by Rikhumkaba has cautioned that it would not tolerate “any kind of violence” against women.
NSWON in a condemnation note has said violence against women was on the rise in “Nagalim”, and has called upon all to stand together and fight against such heinous crime against women.
Therefore, NSWON has urged upon the law enforcement agencies authority to award befitting punishment to the person responsible for “this inhuman act” so that the masses would have faith in Justice.
The organization has also expressed its condolence to the bereaved family members of the victim for the tragic loss and prayed to Almighty God to grant them solace at this hour of grief.
