Kyong Baptist Ekhümkho Sanrhyutsü (KBES) would be organizing a day of fasting and prayer on August 14 for the successful construction of the proposed foothill road.
In a press release, KBES executive secretary Rev. Dr. E. Nrio Ezung said the decision was taken as proposed by Foot Hill Road Construction Committee.
The proposal of FHRCC had been sent to all the 135 Churches and fellowships with directives for putting the proposal into action.
Appeal is once again made to all Churches/fellowships under KBES to strictly observe fasting and prayer to express solidarity with the other tribes, and to show unflinching support for the construction of the proposed foothill road.
