Mokokchung District Price Control Committee (MDPCC) at has revised the hiring charge from Mariani and Longtho to Mokokchung.
According to a DIPR report, this was decided at its meeting held September 5 after thorough deliberation and taking into account the hike in fuel prices and maintenance cost of vehicles.
Revised hiring charge from Mariani to Mokokchung: for carriage of nine M/T full hire -Rs.11, 000; for carriage of mixed load Rs.1.40 per Kg (inclusive of loading charge).
From Longtho to Mokokchung: for carriage of nine M/T full hire – Rs.10, 000; for carriage of mixed load – Rs.1.40/- per Kg (inclusive of loading charge).
The deputy commissioner Mokokchung and MDPCC in an order said the revised rate would come into force with immediate effect.
