Kohima District Congress Committee (KDCC), which deliberated about former home minister and present health minister Imkong L Imchen’s case that was in the process of prosecution, has urged the Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) to “take up the case seriously” without hesitation.
In a press release, KDCC president Prasielie Pienyü and general secretary Viseyienuo Keretsü stated that this was deliberated at its executive meeting September 13.
KDCC further affirmed to extend its “fullest cooperation” even to the extent of organizing agitation/dharna in future.
At the meeting, KDCC also expressed serious concern over the deplorable road condition in the state capital, Kohima, unabated taxation and excessive uncontrolled price rise, the signatories said.
