MLA and Nagaland Bio-Resource Mission (NBRM) chairman Toyang Changkong Chang urged upon Chai Sangmang Union for social transformation through unity.
Speaking as chief guest at the inauguration of customary court of Chai Sangmang Union High school ‘B’ Tuensang October 12, Toyang also appealed to the union to maintain the customary law and deliver justice to the people.
Pointing out that “without peaceful environment there can be no development”, he said “we must cooperate with each other and preserve ‘unity and peace’ in order to bring developmental in the area.
Others who spoke at the inauguration programme included Lengkong party president Tuensang sadar-1, and Naset Chingmak district Hd DB.
The inauguration programme was chaired by Nokching president while Rev. Yangten pastor invoked God’s blessing.
Welcome address was delivered by I. V. Somba D.B, and vote of thanks proposed by Mukam executive chairman. Special number was presented by Rising Star youth.
