Chenwetnyu village council (CVC) has mourned the demise of late Wakho, GB, and late Nokkho, former deacon, who passed away April 17 and March 23 respectively.
Chenwetnyu village council said Wakho served as Goan Bura (GB) for 25 years till death while and former deacon Nokkho was the first to be baptized among 15 persons in Chenwetnyu village.
Chenwetnyu village council said it was a great lost on the demise of two leaders. Further, the council and general public of the village conveyed condolences to both bereaved families and prayed for the departed souls to rest in peace.
