Community building constructed under Military Civic Action Programme (MCAP) at Japan Riba, Chozuba village, was inaugurated on May 27 by ADC, Chozuba, Polan John.
Speaking at the programme, Polan said that the armies were executing tremendous civil works by helping the general public in the state for he thanked the army and termed them as the “Friends of the Hill People” rather than “Enemy”.
The programme which was chaired by village council chairman, Chozuba, Khrinyio Luruo, saw pastor Vesavo Shijoh offering the dedicatory prayer while it was favoured with a welcome song by the village Christian youth while the women society presented a folk song.
President, Razuve Hoho, Sekha Rhakho, gave the public remarks where he thanked the army for extending their help to the public.
Headmistress, GHS, Japan Riba, Nuvotsolu, delivered the vote of thanks while benediction was pronounced by former pastor, Venulhu Keyho.
