Naga People’s Front (NPF) youth wing has declared the NFHRCC an “unlawful” organization and expressed its deepest regret over the latter’s attitude of going against the constitutional government’s directive and imposing a bandh in Dimapur on Monday. In a statement, NPF youth wing media cell said that NFHRCC functioning against the popular government and the will of the people was “ultra vires” and indicated that its platform was formed by few vested interests and not for fulfilling the people’s desire. NPF youth wing also alleged that NFHRCC’s action was sending “sectarian and tribalism” message to the people and created law and order situation in the state.
