Eastern Naga National Workers Association (ENNWA) under NSCN (K) comprising of Konyak, Phom, Yimchunger, Chang, Sangtam, Khiamnungan reaffirmed their commitment “to fight for Naga sovereignty till the last drop of their blood”.
Informing this in a press release, NSCN (K) MIP stated that a meeting was held on August 8 in Mon where the association re-affirmed their stand.
MIP said the meeting deliberated at length about the “loose principle of so-called many National workers whose national outlook diverts toward domestic affair and gradually lost the spirit of Nationalism”, adding, that the “ENNWA felt that, such workers can never stand once present cease-fire breaks.
ENNWA also condemned the “betrayal Accords such as Revolutionary Government of Nagaland of 1973 and Shillong Accord of 1975 and pre-emptive the present scenario where past Accord may repeat…”
It further warned that the NSCN (K) “cannot be part of any agreement that may sign between NSCN-IM and GoI because it will not be different from other past Accords”.
The meeting was attended by kilonsers, deputy kilonsers, CCMs and regional workers of six regions, MIP stated.
