Based on specific intelligence and significant operation in curtailing anti-social activities in the region, 31 Assam Rifles (AR) apprehended one Wai Kaba from Merankong village, Mokokchung along with arms and ammunition on August 8.
Extortion slips and other incriminating documents of NSCN factions were seized from his possession.
Later, apprehended individual was handed over to Tuli Police Station.
