One day seminar on career guidance was organized by Zelome Students’ Union (ZSU) August 23 last at LCS Building with associate professor, guidance and counseling cell, SCERT Nagaland Zavise Rume and PGT Kevichosa Krome as resource persons.
Speaking at the seminar, Rume emphasized on academic guidance while Krome spoke on traditional and modern education.
The participants were challenged to work hard, to be sincere, dedicated in their studies to face the competitive world and specialization. Various academic courses and vocational training courses were discussed. Students were highlighted about various competitive examinations through UPSC and NPSC.
Resource persons also encouraged the participants to acquire the employability skills to be employable so they would be employable in the present world of work.
