Department of irrigation and flood control (I&FC) Nagaland would be organizing one day state level training programme for conduct of 5th minor irrigation census with reference year of 2013-2014 at conference hall of chief engineer Irrigation and flood control Nagaland Kohima. Parliamentary secretary Irrigation and flood control and election Y. Vikheho Swu would be the chief guest of the inaugural function. Er. R.K. Sinha chief engineer central water commission Shillong and Dr. S.P. Sharma director minor Irrigation census ministry of water resources New Delhi will address the gathering. All the divisional executive engineers in the districts and sub-divisional officers along with the junior engineers of the departments have been directed to attend the training programme without fail.
