Charity Ball event ends on a successful note

“Spell bounding” and “Excellent” are the words described by oversea guests who attended the Hornbill Charity Ball in aid of differently-abled children. It is the only event for charity in the entire Hornbill festival jointly sponsored by the Department of Tourism and Department of Art and Culture in association with Hope Centre for Excellence which was held at Heritage Bamboo Hall on
December 3.
Event Director, ZubenoMozhui, described the show as a success, which generated positive reviews because of its finest performances of dance and music by some of Nagaland’s best talent such as Voice of Hope – the only show choir, Zowe Madrigal, Swan Lake and Les Sylphides ballet by Nagaland’s only ballerinas and host of other accomplished classical singers and musicians.
Zubeno said that the overseas guests were amazed to find such high level of performance in this corner of the world.
