Legendary local singer Methaneilie Jütakhrie enthralled music lovers of Kohima Saturday night at Kohima local ground. The event was organized by Tsütuonuomia Youth Organization (TYO) of Kohima village.
Around 5000 people, braving the winter chill, witnessed Methaneilie who belted out around 20 songs. Other artistes who performed include L.C. Sekhose rapper, Er. Tali Aier and others.
Methaneilie mesmerized the music lovers in Tenyidie, Nagamese and Hindi songs including his all time hit songs. He also entertained the gathering through some jokes.
Meanwhile, the organizers also announced the raffle lucky draw, adjudged by Vihokhonuo Therio. Winners have been asked to collect the prizes within one month.
Mentioned may be made here that the profit from the concert would be used for the charity purpose.
