Naga National Council – Non Accordist (NNC-NA) has informed all businessmen, GBs, village council chairmen and Head of Departments under Lotha Region not to entertain any person for any kind of donation in the name of NNC (NA) without the knowledge and authorization. The region chairman, P Phyobenthung Humtsoe said defaulters would be doing so at their own risk.
