In view of the Eight Session of the 12th Nagaland Legislative Assembly from March 17-19, Sr.SP Kohima stated that the following traffic regulation would be enforced from 6 a.m. as part of the security arrangement. 1. Only vehicles with car passes issued by NLA secretariat will be allowed entry inside the main gate to the Assembly Secretariat; 2. No vehicles to be parked by the roadside from 6 a.m. in the following areas– from Classic Island till Telephone Exchange; Raj Bhavan to New Secretariat; Razhu Point to Phoolbari (D Block). While seeking co-operation from the public, police said defaulting vehicles would be towed away and charges recovered from the defaulters.
