Wokha Police apprehended two persons on charges of possessing illegal banned drugs on May 5. The accused, who were arrested in between Wokha and Yikhum village, were identified as Sukumpemo Shitiri (32) of Tsungki Village and Mhonchan Ngullie (31) from Bhandari.
The two accused were booked under case No.22/2015 under Section 13DC Act. The seized consignment included 9292 Capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon (SP) and 50 Capsules of Nitrosen. (Correspondent)
