Cabinet secretary Pankaj Kumar (IAS) in a notification dated May 22 has informed about the changes and additional charge of the portfolios of Minister, Adviser and parliamentary secretary with immediate effect.
In partial modification of the notification dated May 8, Nagaland Governor on the advice of the chief minister has allocated additional charge of Election department to Nuklutoshi, minister of National Highways, Mechanical Engineering.
In partial modification of the earlier notification dated May 8, chief minister has in addition to DUDA, allocated department of Legal Metrology & Consumer protection to Adviser Thongwang Konyak in the status of Cabinet minister to assist the chief minister.
In continuation of the notification dated May 8, the chief minister has assigned responsibility of SIRD in addition to department of Justice & Law to Er. Picto, parliamentary secretary with immediate effect.
In a corrigendum issued by the cabinet secretary date May 22 stated that the departments assigned to parliamentary secretary, E.E. Pangteang, as notified on May 8, should be read as Home Guards & Civil Defense, Secriculture.
