In a routine checking, personnel of 9 Assam Rifles recovered 536 bottles of assorted IMFL from a Mahindra Bolero (NL-06-2685) on October 23, PRO informed.
Three persons were apprehended in this connection. They have been identified as Vinato Awomi (22), son of Hoto, Kiheka Zhimomi (19), son of Tovika and Atobo Achumi (20) so of late Veyishe. The vehicle along with the consignment and arrested were handed over to Chiephobozou PS for further investigation.
