Financial Literacy Camp in Longmisa

One day Financial Literacy Camp (FLC) was conducted to promote the cause of financial literacy / inclusion at Longmisa village on November 18.
FLC was supported under FIF managed by NABARD organized by Nagaland State Co-operative Bank Ltd in Collaboration with Care and Support Society in coordination with NABARD District Office, Mokokchung.
During the programme, APM NABARD district office Mokokchung Imsunaro deliberated on the objectives of the programme and discussed on importance of banking, savings, financial planning, credit linked subsidy schemes, JLG etc.
Assistant Branch Manager, FLC In charge, Nagaland State Co-operative Bank Ltd, Mokokchung, Temsunungsang discussed on various banking products available, benefits under, APY, PMSBY, PMJJBY, saving account and credit facilities.
The programme was chaired by managing director, Care and Support Society Imhawati Kichu, while welcome address was delivered by chairman, Longmisa Village Council (LCC), Yashiimba Jamir. Altogether 72 participants attended the programme.
