Little Buds International pre-School (LBIS) Kuda “B” Dimapur celebrated its first annual day festival on December 4, at town hall, Dimapur with District Education Officer (DEO) Dimapur R. Amongla Jamir as chief guest.
Speaking at the programme, the chief guest lauded the school for laying a foundation for the children. Sharing her experiences as teacher and administrator, Amongla Jamir said there are so many challenges in life but with sacrifices and effort one can overcome all obstacles. Talking about the upbringing of the students, she said that without the support and co-operation of the parents, teacher alone cannot do much for their children.
She then encouraged the parents to work together along with the teachers for the better future of the children. DEO also asked the parents to be a role model for their children.
In response to the school, parents also spoke at the programme and encouraged the school to impart quality education to the students.
School principal maintained that the school would be upgraded to class-1 and CCTV camera would be installed in all the classes so that parents would be allowed to watch the classroom activities. The programme highlighted cultural show which was presented by the students enthralling the gathering, followed by prize distribution in various categories. It may be mentioned that LBIS is collaborated with A.B.C.M and the main headquater is in USA Georgia and India at Chandigarh. The curriculum and syllabus is structured according to age group and age learning capacity.
