Peace Channel’s ‘Music Crash Course’ concludes

Peace Channel organized a month long ‘Music Crash Course’ beginning from March 7 which concluded on April 7 where 29 participants trained on various musical instruments in addition to topics on life skills.
Speaking as the resource person in the valedictory function, Peace Channel director Rev. Dr. C.P. Anto exhorted the trainees that the music can connect all of us irrespective of tribe, religion and region. It is the language of the heart who can understand every one and everyone can understand all.
He also encouraged the students to continue with the same enthusiasm and commitment and interest to learn and achieve the set goals in life.  In order to achieve and win victory, we all have to undergo so many painful processes in one’s life. He narrated life’s lessons with a story where he proved to the students that hard work is the only way to success and which in turn enable all of us to lead a contented and happy life. 
Therefore we all need to break the boredom of laziness and strive to achieve the set dream goal he said. He gave away the merit certificates to the trainees.
The valedictory function begun with a welcome song from the trainees, while project coordinator RK John gave the introduction of the event.
The trainees exhibited their talents like musical hums, guitar sob, piano and drum exposing the art they learnt during the course. Sr. Lucia FCC compeered meanwhile the function concluded with the peace channel anthem.
