Monthly district health review meeting cum coordination meeting was held on June 14 at the medical superintendent’s office, Dimapur, chaired by CMO, Dr. K. Vikato Kinimi.
During the meeting he stressed that co-ordination between the doctors in the district was imperative for the smooth functioning of health programmes and better health service delivery in the district.
Medical superintendent, DH, Dr. C.W. Tungoe highlighted the issues faced by the district hospital and requested all health personnel to support and stand united during any emergencies.
During the meeting CMO, Dr. Dr. K.Vikato Kinim and medical superintendent, DH, Dr. C.W. Tungoe also deliberated on the grievances highlighted by the health providers and a committee headed by dy.chief medical officer, Dr. Antoly was constituted to look into the grievances and issues highlighted by the staff.
The meeting was attended by all programme officers, nursing superintendent, senior medical officers, medical officers, DPMU, BPMU staff under CMO and MS, Dimapur.
