Commissioner of Police, Dimapur has informed all responsible that illegal fireworks of foreign origin have been banned in compliance with the notification issued by the Controller of Explosives, Government of India. The police have warned that any individual or firm possessing or selling illegally obtained fireworks of foreign origin would be penalized under appropriate sections of law.
