ATPSA organizes cleanliness drive at Tsg

The All Tuensang Private School Association (ATPSA) had organized “clean Tuensang”, with an aim to create a  healthy  environment in the locality, wherein all the private  schools were cleaned in the whole town extending from civil hospital, Tuensang to NAP check post on October 28.
The programme was graced by deputy commissioner Tuensang, Alemjongshi as chief guest.  He advised the students to keep the surrounding clean and initiate others to do the same. Promoting sanitation programmes in the rural areas, cleaning streets, roads and changing the infrastructure of the country, the chief guest urged upon the peoples to pledge for a neat and clean India.  
He further said that, taking the broom to sweep the street, cleaning up the garbage,  focusing on sanitation and maintaining a hygienic environment should become  a practice and people should  disseminate the message of “cleanliness is next to Godliness”.   
The president of the Association, Rev. Fr. Jonnson V.U welcomed the chief guest, principals, teachers and students and spoke at length  about  the importance of cleanliness.   Jose V.J. Secretary of the Association, further thanked  the Almighty God for showering  His blessing  upon us  and thanked the chief guest for his valuable time. He also thanked Rev. Fr. Jonhson for making arrangement toward the success of the programme.The cleanliness drive was participated by hundreds of students, teachers from 14 private schools across the town.
