As part of the 100 years celebration, Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey (SNDT) Women University, Mumbai is on an educational tour with the aim to visit and interact with different colleges in Nagaland.
C-Edge College, Dimapur on December 5 hosted around 30 members including students and faculty from SNDT Women University. President Er. Moa Aier and principal of C-Edge college Dr. Chubatola Aier, welcomed and felicitated the guests respectively and shared in brief about the history of Nagaland. Renuka Prajata, the team leader from SNDT Women University highlighted on the development and history of the University.
The highlights of the first formal program were Bharatnatyam dance by one of the students of SNDT Women University and various performances ranging from Marathi to Bollywood dances, Yimchunger folk song and the college choir. During the second session, informal interaction was held between the students of the two colleges. Each team shared and exchanged ideas on culture, social, political, religion, education etc.
