Reacting to the excommunication notice issued to Naga Hoho president, P. Chuba Ozukum, the Yimjenkimong Riongsanger Putu Menden (village council) on Wednesday declared to dissociate from the Ao Senden for excommunicating a bonafide member of the village and a legitimate citizen of the Ao community.
The village council chairman Imnalemba and secretary Imli Ozukum while expressing shock over the decision of the Senden, said that the decision made without the knowledge of the village council.
The village affirmed that “until and unless the matter is settled by the Ao Senden, the Yijenkimong village dissociates from the Ao Senden”.
