AR celebrates Mother’s Day

Assam Rifles under aegis of Headquarters IGAR (N) celebrated World Mother’s Day on May 14, at Dimapur and Peren. On the occasion various activities such as lectures, poster making-cum-essay writing competition and felicitation of women and senior citizens were organized at Dimapur, Medziphema, Kukidalong and Peren.   Altogether 118 students and 40 ladies attended the event. 

Later, civil administration, GBs, school staff and locals appreciated and expressed their gratitude to AR for their noble gesture.
