Kasha Daho Students’ Union in collaboration with Government High School (GHS) Kasha organized a tree plantation at GHS Kasha on June 15.
Short programme on environmental awareness was held before the plantation wherein KDSU president, Kegwayhun Tep briefed about the importance of protecting mother earth.
He stated that it was the responsibility of every individual to protect and conserve the environment.
In the programme, Kenneth Seb presented a special song while KDSU extended its gratitude to forest department Tseminyu sub-division for providing the tree saplings. The school staff, students and senior students of KDSU attended the programme.
