In view of the Independence Day celebration, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dimapur has notified that all markets and shops in Dimapur must remain closed till 12 noon on August 15, 2017. In a press note, DC Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome, has informed all heads of departments/offices under the district to mandatorily attend the Independence Day function. Attendance of all officers and staffs would be taken at DDSC Stadium at 4pm on August 15, and the same to be handed over to ADC Dimapur.
