Nagaland Civil Service Association (NCSA) on Thursday resolved to abstain from official duty on November 24, in protest against the decision of the state government to induct Non-SCS into IAS.
NCSA president in a press note stated that the decision to this effect was made on November 23 during its executive meeting. In this regard, all NCS officers have been asked to strictly adhere to the decision.
