Diphupar Naga Youth Organisation (DNYO) has expressed warm welcome to the Hornbill International Rock Beat Contest to be held at Agri Expo from December 3 to 10. DNYO president Vekre Puro and general secretary Wati Imsong however requested all visitors to maintain discipline and decorum and adhere to the directions of the organizers and volunteers. It also said that no foreign liquor or banned items will be allowed inside the Expo site, while carrying of arms in and around the expo area will be restricted to security personnel.
