
As reported by Nagaland Post, 15 delegates of Working Committee of Naga National Political Groups (NNPGs) led by convenor, N. Kitovi Zhimomi held a political dialogue with Government of India’s Interlocutor for Naga Peace Talks, R.N. Ravi on Wednesday at New Delhi. Highly placed sources termed Wednesday meeting as “positive” as both parties have “broadly agreed” on the agendas tabled.
While refusing to divulge details, sources said that government of India has acknowledged the sentiments of the Naga people and that it was serious to solve the Naga issue. Sources also termed government of India’s “attitude” as positive.
Both the parties are set to have another round of dialogue on December 15 at New Delhi.
