Owing to power shortage in the grid, load shedding will be imposed in five districts- Mokokchung, Tuensang, Mon, Zunheboto and Longleng, for one hour each in the morning and evening. In a statement, executive engineer Mokokchung transmission division, Er. Mhonlumo Kikon, informed that load shedding will continue till the power situation improves. The executive engineer also informed that load shedding hours may be extended if the power shortage in the grid increases. In this regard, affected consumers have been asked to bear with the situation.
