DIPR reports that the Additional Deputy Commissioner (HQ) & ARO for by-poll to the Lok Sabha, Limanenla assisted the Returning Officer in scrutinizing the nomination papers while the general observer, Dr. J. Ravi Shankar, witnessed the scrutinizing process.
